Artist Cari Miller to present “15” at Cuyahoga Falls Library

Akron, OH: Akron artist Cari Miller will show “15” at the Cuyahoga Falls Library, 2015 Third Street, during the month of October -- 15, that is, of her latest paintings.

“15” will include eight acrylic paintings on canvas and seven acrylic-painted mirrors. The subjects range from her signature suns to flowers to snakes. In nearly all the cases, the colors are bright and the texture heavy.

“Just because summer officially ends on September 21 doesn’t mean we have to say goodbye to the sun,” Miller points out.

Miller’s work has been exhibited widely this past year in Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Hudson, Stow and Peninsula. She currently has a select number of items for sale at the Armada Emporium in Riverfront Square in Cuyahoga Falls and the gift shop of the Massillon Museum of Art.

A graduate of the University of Akron, Miller has worked in Northeast Ohio for the past 20+ years as an award-winning photographer, artist, graphic artist, writer and editor.
